Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class assistance to Dutch-speaking users regarding their food vouchers and digital lunch pass services.
Resolve complex inquiries related to account management, balance updates,



and merchant support within the Customer Support Services framework.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and efficient solutions via phone, chat, and email.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve service quality for our clients.
Ensure compliance with internal privacy policies and data protection standards at all times.
Contribute to a positive team environment while hitting individual and group performance KPIs.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
Strong command of the English language for professional communication.
Valid EU passport or work permit allowing for employment in Greece.
Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to provide stellar customer experiences.
