We are currently seeking a motivated professional for our Dutch Speaking - Technical Customer Service Agent position in Greece within the fast-paced Consumer Electronics industry. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support for premium Consumer Electronics devices via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance for the end-user.
Educate customers on the advanced features and functionalities of the latest electronics products.




Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and professional resolutions.
Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal technical database.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical challenges that require expert engineering intervention.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product releases within the Consumer Electronics sector.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our Dutch-speaking jobs in Greece.
Strong passion for Consumer Electronics and a natural curiosity for new technology.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
