Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking Eneco customers regarding energy contracts and billing.
Assist clients with inquiries related to sustainable energy products and consumption management.
Maintain professional communication standards within the competitive energy industry environment.




Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Process data accurately within the internal systems to maintain service excellence.
Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on current energy market trends and policies.
Contribute to the positive brand reputation of Eneco through empathetic and expert customer service.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to support your relocation for these jobs in Greece.
