About the role

The Physical Presence team brings Revolut beyond the app and into the real world. They design and scale our footprint, creating seamless, high-impact experiences where customers live and travel.



By blending high-tech with in-person interactions, team members oversee innovative touchpoints that make Revolut feel just as powerful offline as it does online.
We're looking for a Brand Experience Specialist to create a welcoming and modern customer experience. You'll integrate proactive customer engagement with high-level hospitality to ensure our physical store in Barcelona reflects our modern, neobank identity.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with app navigation, providing general product information, and directing them to specialised resources when necessary
Keeping the store lively by running interactive games and learning activities
Supporting the planning and delivery of in-store events and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the central Revolut team
Acting as the face of Revolut during events, engaging visitors, answering quest
