SRE Engineer - Operations and Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for someone who wants to make a real impact by improving the reliability and performance of our Marketing Platforms. You’ll help move us from a reactive to a proactive service model, supporting a 24/7 platform across 18 countries.

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with Service and Development teams to ensure high availability, resilience, and continuous improvement.

- Execute the service transformation roadmap and drive adoption
- Improve operational processes and enable first-line support to resolve issues
- Monitor systems, define escalations, and enhance incident detection
- Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics are met
- Align operations with the delivery lifecycle
- Reduce incidents and improve overall service stability

Support & operations

- Manage production and pre-production environments in the cloud
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Handle problem management and maintenance activities
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution

- Participate in a paid 24/7 on-call rotation

What you bring

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
- 4+ years of experience in IT operations or support (ideally in corporate environments)
- Scripting (Bash, Python, or Java)
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Kibana)
- Jira, Service Desk,

- Fluent in English and Spanish
