Experteer Overview
In this role, you help design and execute the future-state supply chain for Johnson u0026amp; Johnson MedTech. You will work within Network Orchestration to support transition planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and governance across regions. You enable cross-functional execution and ensure alignment with transformation objectives, timelines, and standards. You contribute to a strategic shift toward an asset-light distribution model and help sustain performance through robust governance and visibility. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to shape global supply chain transitions and deliver impact across multiple regions.

• Plan and coordinate network transition activities across sites, regions, and functions
• Create and maintain transition plans, trackers, and governance documentation
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues with timely escalation
• Coordinate readiness across operations, systems, infrastructure, and partner activities
• Support site cutover, stabilization, and transition governance
• Ensure activities align with standards, timelines, and future-state objectives
• Facilitate cross-functional communication with Operations, IT, Digital, Procurement, Partner Management,



and regional teams
• Prepare governance reports highlighting progress, risks, actions, and decisions
• Identify and implement process improvements for consistent transition execution
• Document lessons learned and best practices to inform future deployments
• Manage interdependencies between network transitions and broader transformation initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree (minimum)
• 5-8 years in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs
• Experience with operational transitions, site implementations, or large-scale transformations
• Solid understanding of warehouse and transportation operations
• Proven ability to manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance
• Experience in a general, matrix organization with strong communication and stakeholder management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Experience collaborating with Operations, IT, Procurement, and external partners
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
