Experteer Overview
In this role, you enable visibility into 3PL partner performance across a global distribution network and support data-driven decision-making within an asset-light logistics model. You will collaborate with regional teams to develop dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that improve governance and operational execution. The position sits in JJMT Transformation, shaping future-state supply chain capabilities. You will work across functions to standardize reporting and identify improvement opportunities, contributing to scalable, high-quality logistics processes.

• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics for 3PL partner operations and performance
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from regional teams and logistics partners
• Track KPIs and metrics related to service, governance, and partner adherence to expectations
• Support governance forums with reporting materials and performance summaries
• Identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities from partner data
• Maintain standardized reporting templates, tracking files, and data repositories
• Support issue tracking and follow-up to ensure visibility of actions and risks




• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting
• Support continuous improvement through analysis of performance trends and process effectiveness
• Document and standardize reporting methodologies and KPI definitions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor level degree; 2–5 years of relevant supply chain, logistics, analytics, reporting, or operations support experience
• Experience with operational data, KPI reporting, dashboards, or performance tracking
• Exposure to warehouse, transportation, or 3PL-managed logistics environments (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
• Experience in general, matrix organizations with good communication and collaboration
• Experience supporting governance processes and reporting cadences (preferred)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with multiple priorities
