Junior Financial Controller

At G+D ePayments , we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our Finance team and support financial planning, reporting, analysis, and controlling activities across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset, good Excel skills, and a proactive, hands-on attitude who is eager to learn and grow within a multinational environment.

Financial Planning & Reporting

Support the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets across different business areas.
Perform monthly budget control and analyze variances between actuals and budget.
Prepare and support monthly financial reporting and P&L; analysis.
Monitor key financial indicators such as margins, costs, expenses, and resource efficiency.
Support the analysis of presente costs and business profitability.
Controlling & Financial Analysis

Support product costing and profitability analysis.
Assist in analyzing costs, expenses, and business performance.
Contribute to financial evaluations of investments and business initiatives.
Processes, Projects & Systems

Support internal and external audits and financial reviews.




Participate in Finance and Controlling projects and process improvement initiatives.
Work with Excel to analyze, consolidate, and present financial information.
Use Power BI for reporting and data visualization, with the opportunity to further develop your skills in the tool.
Show curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies, including AI and automation , and identify opportunities to improve Finance processes.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting , or a related field.
~1–2 years of experience in controlling, FP&A;, finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
~ Good to advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and financial information.
~ Fluent professional English and Spanish .
~ Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
~ Takes ownership and is willing to get involved in different Finance topics.
Is comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with other Controllers and Finance stakeholders.
