Experteer Overview
In this role you lead Arup Madrid’s bidding efforts, coordinating the Pursuits and Bids Team to develop competitive bids that align with our value proposition and local market needs. You will work with technical teams, writers, and designers to produce focused proposals on time, and you’ll help shape win strategies within the Europe region. This position sits at the heart of our MCBD function, driving growth through disciplined bid management and cross-functional collaboration. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Primary point of contact for the Spain Group's pursuit and bid support
• Proactive management of tender processes, scheduling, compliance, and document production
• Guide proposal development with technical teams and project managers to meet deadlines
• Coordinate with MCBD writers, editors, designers, and client managers to strengthen winning strategy
• Attend business development and go/no-go meetings and capture pipeline priorities
• Contribute to bid process improvements and regional bidding network initiatives
• Coordinate regional resourcing with bidding network to match priority bids and clients
• Understand local markets, clients,



and competitors to provide informed bid support
• Support win strategy development and bid review processes (e.g., colour team)
• Assist client-facing activities including presentations and interview preparation
• Promote and adopt structured bid feedback processes and share insights across MCBD
• Align marketing and communications activities with the Business Development leader to support pipeline

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of experience in pursuits and bids in the AEC industry or similar
• Demonstrated experience managing high-performing pursuit teams across markets
• Experience with prepositioning and bidding lifecycle at regional scale
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of current AEC bidding trends and procurement methods
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Proficiency in marketing/communications technologies
• Bachelor in Marketing or related field; APMP certification desirable
