At Thales Alenia Space, we are looking for an HR Generalist Trainee to join our Young Talent Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and HR professionals in a dynamic and international environment.

We are looking for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to key HR initiatives while developing a solid foundation in Human Resources.
This program is designed to build future HR professionals through meaningful responsibilities, continuous learning, and direct exposure to business challenges.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Support end-to-end recruitment processes
Partner with managers to understand hiring needs
Publish job offers and manage candidate sourcing
Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates
Participate in hiring and selection processes
Learning & Development




Identify training needs across the organization
Coordinate and monitor training activities
Support the implementation of development plans
Ensure training records and tracking are properly maintained
Talent Management & HR Projects
Contribute to talent development initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle
Support performance and development processes
Analyze HR data and monitor key people metrics
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Employee Engagement & Culture
Support employee engagement activities and internal events
Contribute to internal communication initiatives
Help foster a positive employee experience and company culture
Collaborate on wellbeing and employer branding actions

Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Master's degree is a plus
Previous internship or experience in HR is valued
High level of English
Advanced Excel skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
