Experteer Overview
You will drive growth for innovative electronic modules in the DACH region, focusing on Bluetooth Low Energy and ultra-low-power solutions. You work closely with cross-functional teams to turn technical innovation into commercial success and build key OEM and partner relationships. You’ll shape regional strategy, identify new opportunities, and lead sustainable revenue aligned with unit targets. This role offers high visibility and the chance to influence a connected-device ecosystem within a dynamic, international environment. You will be at the forefront of market expansion and strategic collaborations, delivering measurable impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

• Identify and win new opportunities within target verticals




• Build relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners
• Support onboarding and mentoring of future sales talents

Responsabilidades
• Proven electronic components/module/IoT sales experience (min. 10 years)
• Experience in technical B2B business development
• Strong market knowledge in logistics, healthcare, industrial automation, or enterprise IoT
• Good understanding of wireless tech, ideally Bluetooth Low Energy
• Experience in DACH market and culture
• Self-starter with high intrinsic drive
• Fluent English; German preferred; French a bonus
