Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management and Asset Control Manage the full inventory lifecycle, including inventory accuracy, turnover, ageing, impairment provisions and write-offs; Organise cycle counts and annual physical inventory counts, follow up on inventory discrepancies and corrective actions, and ensure consistency between accounting records and physical inventory; Monitor inventory irregularities, negative inventory, inventory adjustments and inventory KPIs, continuously improving inventory management; Review inventory-related accounting treatments to ensure the accuracy and reliability of inventory and COGS data.
- Accounts Receivable and Working Capital Management Conduct accounts receivable ageing analysis, monitor DSO and assess customer credit risk; Follow up on overdue receivables and collection progress, working closely with the sales team to improve cash collection; Regularly assess bad debt risk and recommend appropriate bad debt provisions; Continuously optimise working capital and improve capital turnover efficiency.
- Financial Control and Month-End Closing Review and analyse inventory, accounts receivable and related balance sheet accounts; Review inventory impairment, bad debt provisions,
COGS and other related financial data; Review month-end closing results prepared by the SSC, ensuring the accuracy of the balance sheet and income statement; Support month-end analysis, business performance analysis and management reporting.
- Internal Controls, Audit and Risk Management Establish and optimise financial control processes related to inventory and accounts receivable; Support annual audits, physical inventory counts and special audits; Prepare supporting documentation related to inventory, account balances and other relevant assets; Identify operational risks and drive the implementation of cross-functional improvement measures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process Optimisation Work closely with sales, supply chain, warehousing and the SSC to resolve operational and financial issues; Continuously improve inventory management, accounts receivable management and month-end closing processes; Drive ERP system improvements to strengthen financial control and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing or a related field; At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling, cost accounting or commercial finance; Experience in inventory-intensive industries such as trading, distribution, consumer electronics or FMCG; Solid knowledge of inventory, accounts receivable, COGS and working capital management; Familiarity with month-end closing, balance sheet analysis and business performance analysis; Good command of Spanish, together with Chinese and/or English reading and writing skills, and the ability to support cross-border business communication.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
