Act as a key point of contact for complex employee payroll inquiries and escalations.

Experience in Payroll, Personnel Administration or People Operations, ideally within multinational or corporate environments.
Solid understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements and employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
Experience working with complex payroll environments, including critical employee populations, executive payroll, mobility or international organizations.
Experience working with HRIS platforms and payroll systems (SAP, SuccessFactors or similar).
Advanced Spanish and intermediate English are required. Hybrid work model (3 days onsite / 2 remote).
Modern office located in Barcelona city (headquarters), in Passeig de la Zona Franca, 105.
Growth opportunities in a fast-evolving tech company.
Be part of a large and growing technology company that is redefining the future of telecoms.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in payroll and People Operations, gain exposure to international environments and participate in initiatives focused on process optimization and operational excellence.
