HOW WILL YOU FIT IN THE BIG PICTURE?

As a Specialist Food Regulatory, you will support regulatory compliance
activities for products across Mexico and export markets within LATAM. You will
partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure products meet applicable food
regulations, support innovation initiatives, and contribute to successful
product launches while protecting Hershey’s reputation and commitment to quality
and compliance.

What will you do?

Execute product compliance activities, including ingredient reviews, artwork and
label approvals, formula assessments, and sanitary registration support for new
and existing products.

Prepare regulatory dossiers, technical documentation, product specifications,
and supporting documentation required for market compliance.

Maintain regulatory databases, documentation, records, and tracking systems to
