Kleinson is a training consultancy specialising in language training and other professional development services for companies.
We are currently looking for an Academic Coordination Assistant to join our team in a full-time, office-based position in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Class organisation and coordination: Scheduling classes; assigning existing teachers to new classes; organising training plans; coordinating level assessments; coordinating academic evaluations.
- Recruitment: Posting job vacancies and interviewing teachers; overseeing the onboarding and initial training of new teachers.
- Academic support: Responding to queries from teachers and students via email and WhatsApp; communicating student feedback to teachers; advising teachers on course plans and materials.
What do we offer?
- Full-time contract.
- Standard working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Option to finish at 5:30 p.m. by taking a 30-minute lunch break.
- Intensive working hours for two months during the summer.
- One remote-working day per week.
- Gross annual salary of €17,094, paid in 12 instalments, with a salary review after six months.
- Central Madrid location, in the Sol area.

Requirements
- A high level (C1) of both spoken and written Spanish and English is essential. Part of the interview will be conducted in each language.
- Experience in team, project or HR coordination would be an advantage.
- Previous experience with administrative tasks would be an advantage.
- If you are under 30, you must be registered with the Garantía Juvenil (Youth Guarantee) programme.
- We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and able to coordinate multiple tasks involving different stakeholders.
- Beyond a strong command of English and Spanish, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, as you will need to communicate effectively with both teachers and clients.
