Your tasks in a nutshell

- Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers
- Prepare quotes, manage orders, and handle inquiries
- Keep customer data up to date in Microsoft Dynamics and CRM systems




- Support administrative tasks and internal coordination

What we expect
- Experience in inside sales and a background in Business Administration or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Fluent communication in Spanish and good command of English
- Based in Barcelona with availability to work in Sant Cugat
- Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
