At EBRO Factory, we are looking for an experienced Automation Projects Engineer to lead automation and industrialisation projects within our Paint Shop. This position will play a key role in the restart-up, optimisation and development of painting facilities, ensuring high levels of efficiency, reliability and technical excellence.
What Will You Do?
- Manage automation projects from specification to commissioning.
- Define electrical and automation standards across the plant.
- Lead the restart-up and reindustrialisation of Paint Shop facilities.
- Participate in the development of new paint shop installations using 3-WET technology.
- Coordinate suppliers during design, installation and start-up phases.
- Perform 2D/3D studies and simulations.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance teams.
- Drive improvements in reliability, efficiency and preventive maintenance.
- Analyse breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects.
What Are We Looking For?
- More than 5 years of experience in industrial automation projects.
- Strong experience in the design, specification, implementation and commissioning of automated production lines.
- Advanced programming skills in Rockwell PLCs and HMIs.
- Knowledge of servomotors, PID loops, motion control and industrial networks.
- Experience with EPLAN and AutoCAD 2D.
- Knowledge of ATEX installations and Machinery Safety regulations (RD 1215).
- Experience coordinating suppliers and leading technical projects.
- English B2.
