About Capmira Capmira Multi Family Office & Hospitality Group is an investment and advisory boutique specialising in hospitality and real estate assets across Southern Europe, with a banking alliance with Andbank. We originate, evaluate and structure off-market opportunities in hotels, real estate and corporate M&A;, working directly with owners, family offices, investors and operators.

Track record: 40+ off-market transactions, ~€1B, including 13+ hotel deals. Small team, founder-led, deal-driven.

The Role You'll work directly with the Founding Partner on live mandates — hotel and real estate transactions, corporate M&A; and investment structuring — from origination to closing. On-site, Barcelona (Av. Diagonal).

Day-to-day:

- Financial modelling and valuation (DCF, comparables, hotel P&L; / RevPAR analysis)
- Market and asset-level research across Spain and Southern Europe
- Due diligence coordination: financial, legal and operational documentation
- Investment memos, teasers, IMs and client presentations
- Stakeholder coordination during transactions (owners, operators, lawyers, banks)
- Direct client exposure from day one

Profile

- Technical background: Law, Economics, ADE / Business Administration, Finance or Real Estate (double degrees Law + ADE / Economics especially welcome)




- 2+ years' experience in real estate, hospitality or transaction advisory — Big 4 (Deal Advisory / Real Estate / Transaction Services), CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, Eastdil, Colliers, Knight Frank or comparable investment/advisory platforms
- Strong modelling and valuation skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on due diligence experience (data rooms, financial and legal review)
- Analytical rigour, structured communication, client-focused mindset
- Fluent English; Spanish required; Catalan, French or Italian a plus
- Ability to run multiple workstreams in a small, fast-moving team

Also open to: high-potential final-year students / recent graduates for an internship track leading to Analyst.
