We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and help transform complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will work with diverse data sources, design scalable data solutions, and support evidence-based decision-making through advanced analytics and visualization.

Key responsabilities

- Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure reliable data availability.
- Develop and manage analytical and relational databases.
- Create well-documented datasets, metadata, and supporting documentation.
- Apply machine learning, NLP, and AI-driven techniques where relevant.
- Analyze public-sector and EU funding data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Build dashboards and visualizations using modern BI tools.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, combined with significant professional experience in IT, data analytics, or data engineering.
- Hands-on experience working with SQL and Python, R, or similar technologies for data preparation, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and relational or analytical databases.
- Experience ensuring data quality through validation, reconciliation, and governance practices.
- Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with machine learning, NLP, or AI-powered analytical tools.
- Professional certification in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
