Graphic Designer (Junior) — Adrenal1neAdrenal1ne is a creative agency based in Rubí (Barcelona), specialized in corporate events, marketing & social media, eSports tournaments, and IT solutions.

We blend design, storytelling, and innovation to create impactful experiences for brands and audiences around the world.

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer eager to grow inside a multidisciplinary creative team. Someone who's just starting to build their career but already shows artistic vision, curiosity, and attention to detail. You'll move between branding, gaming visual identity, event scenography, and streaming assets — learning from senior designers while contributing your own ideas from day one.

We're not after someone who simply executes tasks: we want someone who asks questions, proposes, and is hungry to grow alongside our team.

Responsibilities

- Support the design of visual identities for brands, events, and eSports competitions.
- Help produce graphic and motion assets for streaming and live productions (vMix, tickers, overlays).
- Contribute to conceptual and visual proposals for event spaces, under guidance from senior designers.
- Assist in producing static renders for presentations and stage designs.
- Design merchandising, promotional materials, and content assets.
- Collaborate closely with production, creative, and client teams, learning the full project pipeline.

Required Qualifications
- Currently living in Barcelona / Rubí area.
- Passion for eSports and gaming culture.




- Degree or training in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (professional experience is a plus, not a requirement).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong initiative to learn.
- Availability for travel.
- A portfolio (even academic or personal projects) showing artistic criteria and attention to detail.

Bonus Points
- Previous experience (internships included) in events, eSports, audiovisual production, or creative agencies.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, vMix, or other streaming tools.
- Video editing skills.
- Interest or first experience in rendering and space/environment design.
- Interest in social media management.
- Knowledge of Maya or other 3D software for animation and motion visuals.
- Ability to follow structured briefs while also bringing new ideas to the table.
- Portfolio that includes 3D or render work in addition to graphic design.
