You’ll provide hands-on IT support and maintain infrastructure across the site, working with hardware, software, networks, and end users. The role includes troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, device setup, and collaboration with central IT teams.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure or Field Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and networking
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
- Fluent English and Spanish
