Job Description: An opportunity for a Building & construction engineer/architect has arisen within Airbus Operations S.L., Getafe, Madrid.
The selected candidate will join the Facility Management Real Estate (FMRE) team and inside FMRE, the Building Construction team.
FMRE is a key department in Airbus in charge of ESG policies in the facilities, all civil works, supply and management of energy, transportation, hospitality, maintenance of the facilities, designing the spaces of the offices, etc.

Skills
Being accountable and responsible for building and construction works and projects under Airbus responsibility: Engineering | Architecture | (engineering level = EQF7 / MECES 3)
Building background Minimum 2 years of experience in construction and/or infrastructure projects (5+ years of experience preferred)
Valuable experience in construction projects in the industrial sector
Project management experience / Project management skills
Quality assurance
Technical management
Procedures follow up
CapEx/OpEx & finance control
R&O; management
Planning management
Licenses & administration management
Negotiation
Level of English
