Your mission
Your mission will be to support the financial monitoring and control of SATLANTIS projects, helping ensure that financial information is accurate, organised, and available to support informed decision-making.
By keeping track of project costs, revenues, and financial documentation, you will help the Finance team understand project performance and contribute to the sustainable growth of the company.
You will:
- Collect, organise, and monitor financial information from projects, including invoices, expenses, and revenues, helping maintain accurate project follow-up.
- Update project tracking tools in Excel and ERP systems and support the collection and basic review of financial information during the monthly closing process.
- Support financial reporting, audit preparation, grant documentation, and financial justification activities, ensuring information is properly organised and available when needed.
What will set you up for success
- Studies in Business Administration, Finance or a related field: Your academic background will give you the foundations to understand financial information and develop your expertise in controlling. A double degree combining Business Administration and Engineering, or a Master's degree specialising in Finance, Management Control, Audit, or similar areas, will also provide a strong foundation.
- First experience in Finance or Controlling: Up to 2 years of experience, including internships or early-career roles, will help you connect your academic knowledge with real business and project situations.
- An analytical and structured mindset: Your ability to organise information, work accurately with numbers, and pay attention to detail will help you understand project performance and develop strong controlling skills.
- Excel and digital curiosity: Your interest in Excel, ERP systems, and financial tools will help you work efficiently with project information and progressively increase your autonomy.
- A proactive approach to learning: Your curiosity, initiative, and openness to feedback will help you make the most of the support provided by experienced Finance professionals and grow your responsibilities over time.
- Interest in project-based businesses: Your curiosity about how costs, revenues, and financial performance evolve throughout a project will help you understand the connection between Finance and business execution.
- Good level of English: You will work in an international environment where English will help you communicate effectively and work with financial information across the organisation.
- Availability for a full-time internship: Being able to dedicate yourself to a full-time internship will allow you to gain broader exposure to the Finance function and make the most of this professional learning experience.
