Position:Telecommunications OSS Engineer (Traffica / OSIX / Mediation Zone)
Location:Madrid, Spain
Key Responsibilities
Installation, configuration and maintenance ofTrafficaandOSIX (Polystar)monitoring systems.
Operation and troubleshooting ofMediation Zonecomponents delivering traffic from OSIX to Telefónica platforms.
Management and optimization ofKafkapipelines andDeVo(Telefónica Big Data ecosystem).
Monitoring and analysis of telecom protocols:SIP, Diameter, Radius, GTPv1, GTPv2.
Support for mobile and fixed network environments, includingNGNandIMS.
System administration tasks onLinux RedHat 8+andWindows Server ****+.
Development and automation usingJava, Python and Ansible.
Participation in on-call and night work rotations when required.
Occasional on-site interventions at Telefónica's data center.
Requirements
Spanish-speaking(mandatory).
Based inMadrid or surrounding areas.




Solid experience withTrafficaandOSIX (Polystar).
Experience withMediation Zoneand telecom traffic processing.
Knowledge ofKafkaand Big Data tools (preferablyDeVo).
Strong understanding oftelecom protocolsand network architectures (NGN, IMS).
Hands-on experience withLinux RedHatandWindows Serverenvironments.
Programming skills inJava, Python, Ansible.
Intermediate English for reading documentation and communicating with product support teams in Sweden.
Availability fornight work
