Job Responsibilities

- Support the full-cycle delivery process for multi-channel businesses in the Spanish market.
- Organize and monitor end-to-end delivery fulfillment, coordinate all internal and external stakeholders, and ensure on-time goods delivery.
- Maintain routine, close communication between the local country team and customers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery information transmission.
- Support the execution of all customer-level delivery management programs and guarantee timely project fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze key operational data, including forecast, sales performance and inventory status, to maintain healthy and reasonable stock levels.
- Complete other ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by the team.

Job Requirements

- Currently enrolled in a Spanish university, majoring in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines.




- Available to start full-time internship in the Spanish office ASAP, with a preferred internship duration of 6 months.
- Proficient in Spanish and Chinese, with solid English language proficiency for daily business communication.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, with strong capabilities in Excel data processing.
- Able to work independently and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional, cross-level teams.
- Well-structured working style, capable of multi-tasking and adapting to a fast-paced working environment.
- High accountability and responsibility, able to work under pressure and strictly meet work deadlines.
- Legally eligible to work as an intern in Spain by the internship start date.
