You'll help define what we ship, improve our user experience, and make sure the product drives real business impact.Use product data, customer input, and market signals to surface opportunities.Translate customer and data insights into problem statements worth solving.Write clear specs that enable fast, confident development.Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to ship high-quality features.Own a segment of the customer journey across web and mobile.Plan for compliance, legal,



and operational needs early to move fast without risking quality or user experience.Work with regional teams to support local needs without compromising on the core experience.3+ years of product experience in software, fintech, or online services.~ Fluent in English, with experience working across time zones and remote teams.~ Deep expertise in at least one of: product data, UX design, or web development.~ Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with at least Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office.~ Able to zoom in and out between strategy and execution.~ Familiar with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Branch, Posthog or Iterable.~ Subject to local availability~ Subject to local availability~ Annual performance rewardsAnnual bonus and performance incentivesHybrid working model
