We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid.Coordination of the Property Management in house team: technical and financial.Lease contract conditions management: security deposits and legal deposits, indexation, service charges reconciliation process.Prepare the annual budget, maintenance forecast, major works, CapEx, 10-year major item budget/Capex when available.Regular report on the situation of opex and Capex execution situation:
