Senior Full Stack Software Developer - FinTech PlatformAt Shakers, we're partnering with a company building a next-generation financial services platform to bring on a Senior Full Stack Software Developer. It's a hands-on role with real ownership over core systems, working two days a week from a Madrid office in Retiro.The team is building out the core of a financial platform from the ground up: customer-facing portals, backend services, and the APIs that tie everything together. There's real ownership here, working closely with product, data and business stakeholders on architecture, security and performance decisions, while also reviewing code and mentoring less senior developers. Delivery speed matters, and the team leans on AI-assisted tooling (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to move fast without cutting corners on quality.Develop customer-facing portal experiences on the front endBuild and scale backend services and REST APIsUphold security, performance and reliability standards across the stackPartner with product,
