Technical Leader
to drive the technical execution of complex projects from
tendering to commissioning
, acting as the key technical reference for customers, engineering teams and project stakeholders
Your missionAs Technical Leader
, you will be
the technical owner of Digital Power projects across Europe
, supporting customers and project teams from the proposal stage through engineering, testing and commissionining.You will play a key role i
n defining technical solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams
and ensuring successful project delivery while meeting customer expectations in terms of
quality, performance, budget and schedule.Working in an international environment, you will collaborate closely with
Project Managers, engineering teams, customers and technology partners
to deliver innovative solutions fo
r power distribution, energy and critical infrastructure projects
.The role includes
occasional travel across Europe (up to 25
%) to support customers, project teams, factories and key project milestone
Main responsibilitiesLead

scope of Digital Power projects fr
om tendering to commissioningAct as the
main technical point of contact
for customers and key stakeholdersDefine and
validate technical solutions
aligned with customer requirementsCoordinate
multidisciplinary engineering
teams across international projectsOversee engineering, integration,



testing and commissioning activitiesManage
technical risks
and support project executionLead technical discussions and ensure
customer satisfaction
throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with Project Managers, suppliers and partners to ensure successful project deliverySupport
continuous improvement initiatives
and mentor junior engineer
RequirementsDegree
in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Enginee
ring or similarMinimum
7 years of experience
leading technical projects
within Energy, Industrial Automation, Power & Grid, Data Centers or Oil &
Gas environmentsProven experience managing
the full project lifecycle
: Tendering, Engineering, Execution and CommissioningEnglish B2/C1 minimum (mandatory)Spanish is a plusPreparation and validation
of technical offers (Tendering)/Electrical power systems/Electrical distribution systems and substations/Data Center solutions/Power & Grid environments.Knowledge
of industrial communication protocols, including ModbusExperience with
Digital Power solutions
and major industry vendors such
as Schneider Electric, ABB or Siemens
is considered a plus
