BI Developer / Migration Specialist

to lead and execute the migration of reports, dashboards, and data models from Power BI to Tableau. The role involves end-to-end ownership of migration activities including assessment, redesign, development, validation, and stakeholder coordination.

Analyze existing Power BI assets:
Reports, dashboards, datasets, data sources
Identify migration scope and dependencies
Perform rationalization (what needs migration vs discard)
Define migration roadmap and prioritization strategy

Rebuild Power BI dashboards into Tableau
Design visually optimized and user-friendly dashboards xcskxlj
Map Power BI visuals to Tableau equivalents
Handle feature gaps and suggest workarounds

Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance
Improve query efficiency and data refresh cycles
Tune large datasets and joins
