Business Analyst

At Factorial we're looking for a new Business Analyst to help us scale our SDR organization across Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Germany. Our SDR organization drives inbound and outbound pipeline generation across five European markets, working closely with our Excellence team on process and enablement to keep raising the bar on performance. Partner with SDR leadership on forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and performance reporting across all five markets.
Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards aligned to our pipeline stage definitions.
Cross-Functional Projects

Capacity Planning

Support capacity planning and market coverage modeling across the five markets.
Experience: 3–5+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS.
Analytical Power:



Strong analytical skills with hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot).
Self-Directed: Comfortable building structure in ambiguity and driving projects independently, with no prior template to follow.
English is a must; an additional EU language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German) is a plus.
