The Role As a Product Manager, you will lead a product team focused on solving complex challenges in global workforce enablement. You’ll work across engineering, design, data, and business functions to develop and execute solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and growth.
Define and own the product roadmap,



ensuring alignment with Safeguard Global’s mission and growth strategy.
Balance short-term execution with continuous value delivery.
Use storytelling and data-driven insights to influence decision-making across the organization.
Define success metrics and KPIs to track product performance and optimize continuously.

Strong communicator at all levels of the organization – from presenting to exec succinctly to preparing a storyboard on vision for the team.
