At Factorial we're looking for a new Junior Onboarding Specialist Small Accounts for the DACH Market to help us boost the company to the next level. Answer setup questions via chat/ticketing and email so clients can get answers fast without waiting for a meeting.
Team Handover: Keep the CRM updated with basic client notes so the whole process is registered and the rest of the team knows exactly how to support them after onboarding.
Clear Communicator: You can explain simple setup steps clearly by text, short videos, or quick phone calls.
Fast Learner & Tech-Curious: You pick up software tools quickly and are excited to learn how AI and automation work in a real business environment.
Native/Proficient level of German is required. Fluent English (company language).
