This includes data related activities from data definitions, data flow management through different systems, data owners, users and data consumers support cross organization, supervision of data quality and execution of data governance processes.User Support & Data Governance ExecutionSupport the implementation of the data governance roadmap.Act as first-line support for Global Product Master Data, addressing data quality queries and issues.Collaborate with business and functional area owners to enhance the data quality and value of core data assets.Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials.



Deliver training sessions as required.Contribute to communication strategies that promote company-wide awareness of proper data management practices.Data Quality AssuranceDefine data standards and practices in alignment with impacted functions to ensure completeness, consistency and accuracy of data.Contribute to the development of performance indicators and data quality metrics.Data Dictionary ManagementCreate and maintain a centralized enterprise data dictionary with clear definitions, business rules, and usage guidelines.Establish processes for capturing and maintaining metadata related to product master data entities.Provide guidance and training to teams using the data dictionary.Data Change Management & ImprovementSupervise and coordinate data-related change requests, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on prioritization, solution design, and implementation.Analyze the impact of proposed data changes on upstream and downstream systems, processes, and reporting.Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies in data change processes and propose enhancements.Implement best practices for reducing cycle time and improving data quality during changes.Oversee testing of data changes to ensure accuracy and integrity before deployment.Strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends,



and provide actionable insights for data quality and governance improvement.Proven ability to perform root cause analysis on data issues, identifying underlying problems and implementing sustainable corrective actions.Knowledge of data quality metrics and performance indicators.Fluency in English (written and spoken); Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science.
