Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer support services to Polish-speaking clients across multiple digital channels.

- Resolve complex inquiries with a focus on high-quality customer experience and brand loyalty.

- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professional communication standards for this Polish Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria.
