- Support full-cycle recruitment across creative, strategy, production, and client teams
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and interviewing through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using social platforms, professional networks, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and outreach messages
- Assess portfolios and conduct interviews when applicable to evaluate creative ability and team fit
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Research market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity
- Maintain the ATS and talent database
- Establish and manage internship agreements and partnerships with universities and creative schools
- Track creative trends and discover emerging talent across markets

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or coordination, ideally in a creative, digital, or agency setting
- Strong sourcing skills
- Passion for creativity, culture, and the people who bring ideas to life
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills in Spanish and English
- Proactive and organized




- Willingness to learn and grow a career in talent within an international, creative environment
- English mandatory
- Spanish preferably
- Any other language is a plus
