especially for the uninstallation of old product and installation of new one and collaborating with them in order to technically review new product's Installation and Service manuals. Support product documentation development, work with product teams and factories, proof and review technical content. Including, but not limited to ErP documents, test reports, DoC, specification documents, II, OI and SM. As Panasonic European Admin on Cloud Side to manage LSO’s Admin Accounts and supervise LSO’s Admin job. Supervise the invoiced IoT services vs activated services in the Cloud. Support projects developed with 3rd Party companies in Europe.
