Descripción del trabajo Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead – Spanish Speaking Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead to join a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programme. The successful candidate will take a lead functional role across Oracle HCM Cloud, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and the wider programme to ensure successful delivery. This is a contract opportunity requiring strong Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience and fluent Spanish language skills. Key Responsibilities * Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. * Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions. * Provide functional leadership across the HCM workstream, ensuring solutions align with business and programme objectives. * Lead workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions. * Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules as required. * Review functional specifications and ensure solutions are aligned with Oracle Cloud best practice. * Work closely with technical and integration teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery. * Support data migration, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities. * Provide guidance and mentoring to other functional consultants. * Identify risks,



issues and dependencies within the HCM workstream and work with the programme team to resolve them. * Support business users through UAT, training and go-live activities. * Act as a key functional point of contact for Oracle HCM Cloud. Essential Experience * Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. * Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead or Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. * Experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or major transformation programmes. * Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and configuration. * Experience working through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements and design through to testing and go-live. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience working with both business and technical teams. * Fluent Spanish and English. * Previous experience working in international or multi-country environments. Desirable * Experience across multiple Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation or Payroll. * Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and third-party systems. * Experience with data migration and testing. * Oracle HCM Cloud certification. * Experience working on large-scale integral Oracle Cloud transformation programmes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
