As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:
Qualify data via outbound calling activity, profiling a predefined list of prospects and enriching the sales lead pipeline
Qualify inbound leads (LV/MV) coming from various sources such as telephone, form submissions, and live chat,



and pass qualified leads to EU Account Managers (EUAMs)
Provide administrative support for the Lead Assign Tool (LV Latex) by assigning leads and ensuring up-to-date results are accurately reflected in the CRM (HPD)
Maintain IB accounts by managing the database and creating detailed asset records
Your Qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Have a proficient or bilingual level of German with an advanced English level
Are an advanced user of the Windows environment and have strong Excel skills
Have experience with CRM management and data handling
Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
Great office location in Barcelona + hybrid work model after 2 months
