As a Customer Service Representative , you will:
Handle calls through CRM agent portal
Create quotations and orders via SAP system
Provide first level technicalassistanceto help customersidentifytheir requirements for products and services

Are bilingual or proficient in Danish with an advanced level of English
A strong interest in the technical field, along with a commitment to remain in the project for at least two years, is highly valued.
You are customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a solid commercial mindset.
A business-oriented approach will support more effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.
Education in business or commercial fields, as well as prior experience in a contact centre environment, will support your development in this role, although these are not mandatory requirements.
Full-time (39 hours/week) permanent contract, Monday to Friday (08:00–17:00)
