As a Senior Business Operations Specialist, you are the operational backbone of the business, ensuring that financial performance, business data, and operational processes remain accurate, efficient, and aligned. Monitor forecast accuracy, track order backlog and budget performance, and identify, analyze, and communicate variances, risks, and opportunities. Support business operations execution: Manage and coordinate key processes related to contract administration, billing activities, revenue management, and operational reporting. Deliver meaningful business insights: Prepare and maintain KPIs, dashboards,



and performance reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Champion data quality: Ensure the integrity, consistency, and completeness of information across CRM, finance, and accounting systems through proactive data management and governance. Enable day-to-day business success: Provide reliable administrative and operational support, managing ad hoc requests while ensuring smooth execution of business activities. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working at the intersection of operations, finance, and business management. You enjoy creating structure, solving problems, and ensuring that critical business processes run smoothly. Several years of experience in Business Operations, Finance Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar business support function. Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational performance tracking. Experience supporting contract management, billing processes, and revenue-related activities. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Hands‑on experience working with CRM, finance, and accounting systems while maintaining a strong focus on data quality. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different business functions. Very good Spanish (min. C1) and English (min.
