Job ID: | Amazon Spain Services, S.L.Amazon is hiring a Buyer to be based in one of our corporate offices in Barcelona. As a Buyer you will be the functional support to the Fulfillment Center (FC) Procurement network for operational and administrative tasks. You will take care of the daily execution of purchasing orders and/or documents creation, delivery tracking and escalation, invoice and supplier master data management and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Process daily purchase requisitions, remedy tickets and web requisitions
Process invoice queries and reconciliation
Set up and maintain supplier master data for procurement network
Proactively manage and decrease the number of invoices on hold (IOH), ensuring a robust procure-to-pay process.
and other assigned project targets and objectives.



Knowledge in MS Office – in particular MS Excel
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, ORACLE, Coupa) in large organizations
Advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
Formal business administration or procurement qualification required Bachelor degree
