We are looking for a reliable, data driven and highly motivated Procurement Administrator who is interested in improving and maintaining procurement processes into a fast paced and super international company.
Maintenance and improvement of procurement processes and tools
Synergies with Lyft processes and tools
Assisting procurement managers in the procurement journey: vendor sourcing, NDA collection, Market research, RFP management, Invoicing, etc.
Leveraging AI capabilities (Claude, Gemini, etc) to support Procurement use cases
Communication and collaboration with cross functional teams: legal, finance, data protection, infosecurity, etc.
Analysis of data to prepare negotiations and to help smart decision making
Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management or equivalent
~3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management
~ Very good communication skills in English
~ Good knowledge of Google tools (and/or Microsoft ones),



particularly Gsheet/Excel
~ Good knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms
~ Versátil working arrangements
