We re looking for a hands‑on Senior performance marketer who can move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. You will own paid acquisition channels end-to-end, work closely with leadership and play a key role in our next phase of growth.
Your responsibilities:
Own and scale one or more paid acquisition channels
Launch rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels
Monitor performance daily and make data-driven decisions
Turn insights into clear creative direction and landing page improvements
Build repeatable systems to scale campaigns efficiently
Explore and validate new channels as we grow
What we are looking for:
~4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition




~ Proven experience managing large paid media budgets
~ Strong analytical skills and hands‑on optimization mindset
~ Ability to connect creative, data, and growth strategy
~ Experience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok,etc.)
~ Experience managing €500K to €1M+ per month
~ Subscription or LTV-driven growth experience
~ Programmatic or DSP exposure
~ Mobile app UA background

This is a fully remote position which can be based globally given a +-4 hour time difference within the CET region.
