Youll work on projects that improve internal processes and products, streamlining workflows and creating automations that the businesses can actually put to use — not research for its own sake. Typical projects could include: * Data enrichment tools * Connecting siloed data across systems businesses * Generative AI solutions built into existing workflows * Internal tools and automations that solve a real operational problem Youll be given the space to learn as you go — this is a genuine graduate role, not a senior hire in disguise. What matters most is a creative, problem-solving mindset and the drive to figure things out.



What Were Looking For * Hands-on experience using Claude professionally, ideally having built tools with it previously * Strong prompting skills * Some understanding of how AI tools and applications are built (even at a foundational level) * Genuine interest in agentic workflows and where the space is heading * A builders mentality — someone who wants to create things people will actually use, not just prototype * Comfortable working across a group structure, translating between local and group business needs * Fluent English is a must, most of the team are not Native Spanish speakers
