As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Elastic, you’ll play a key role in driving our continued growth by engaging prospective customers, understanding their business challenges, and creating high‑quality opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline. Working closely with Account Executives and Marketing, you’ll identify the right prospects, spark meaningful conversations, and help organizations discover how Elastic’s platform can solve their most critical business challenges.

Leverage Technology: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble, AI‑powered tools, and other sales technologies to research accounts, identify key decision‑makers, personalize your outreach, and maximize your effectiveness.

Native‑level Arabic and fluent English language skills.
Sales, Sales Development, or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We’re equally excited to meet ambitious early‑career professionals who are eager to build a career in sales.
