We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Senior CRM Manager to join our team, focusing on monetization within the CRM domain. This role will involve balancing strategic ownership with operational excellence. You’ll be a key player in launching experiments, running monetization projects, optimizing user journeys, and analyzing data to drive growth.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and execute monetization projects within the CRM team, taking ownership of campaigns that drive revenue growth.

- Design and optimize lifecycle journeys with a focus on acquisition, conversion, and win-back strategies.

- Implement a hands-on approach to CRM operations, managing high volumes of campaigns and ensuring seamless execution.

- Develop innovative segmentation and communication strategies through continuous testing and experimentation.

- Build a robust A/B testing framework, analyzing results to propose data-driven improvements.

- Ensure campaign deliverability and technical soundness,



troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering teams when needed.

- Collaborate closely with Growth, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals.

- Monitor and analyze key CRM performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights.

- Own technical CRM setup, including campaign automation, deliverability optimization, and tool integrations.

- Serve as a proactive problem-solver, bringing forward new ideas to improve processes, enhance user experiences, and maximize monetization outcomes.

- Maintain a hands-on approach to operational tasks, balancing execution with strategic input.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of CRM experience, both in developing communication strategies and in hands-on execution;

- A strong monetization mindset, with the ability to evaluate initiatives based on revenue potential;

- Proven track record in customer lifecycle management and implementing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth;

- Technical expertise in CRM systems (Braze, experience is a plus) and the ability to ensure flawless campaign execution and troubleshooting;

- Proficiency in analytical tools, with a results-driven approach to experiment tracking and performance analysis;

- Comfortable working in cross-functional environments, particularly in collaboration with Growth teams and developers;

- Hands‑on operational expertise in managing high‑volume communications and setting up CRM workflows;

- A proactive problem‑solver with a self‑starter attitude, eager to bring innovative ideas to the table;

- Experience improving email deliverability would be a plus.
