Platform Vertical Deel is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to own the operations, planning, and cross-functional alignment for platform frameworks that power multiple product teams across our organization. You'll be the central connector between product, engineering, and internal stakeholders, managing a framework that's used by teams across Deel. This role requires excellence in communication, project management, and driving execution across organizational boundaries. You'll manage requests from internal teams who want to integrate the framework, coordinate with product and engineering on timeline commitments, and ensure smooth execution. This is a high-impact position that sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations. Project & initiative ownership ~ Own projects end-to-end.
