Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead material support programs within the LTA Material Services Team to ensure high fleet availability. You will steer performance-based logistics and in-service support contracts, coordinating with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders. You drive end-to-end delivery, cost control, and risk governance to meet time, cost, and quality targets. This is a chance to shape material support strategies for complex aircraft fleets, working in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead and manage contracts (PBL and ISS) ensuring compliance with spares and repairs requirements
• Act as the primary interface between Customer Services Regional Directors, Material Services, and Program Management
• Coordinate with operations, planning, procurement, quality, and finance to secure end-to-end delivery and smooth Entry Into Service
• Monitor and steer cost evolution, operating plans, and budgets to meet EBIT and revenue targets
• Manage material services risks and governance, escalating critical issues during program reviews
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Optimum, Lean Services) to reduce costs and mitigate non-compliance risks
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Project/Program Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Material Support in aerospace or complex industrial sectors
• Education in aeronautical/industrial engineering, business administration, or related discipline
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, financial tracking, and supply chain/material operations tools (e.g., SAP or ERP)
