We're looking for someone hands-on to consolidate a high-quality courier network that is compliant with local regulations in each market we operate in. You'll build tools/frameworks/processes to spot quality, fraud,



and compliance issues using no-code tools, and lead rollouts of projects working cross functionally with Ops, Commercial and Engineering
Own key quality, fraud, and compliance metrics by defining, tracking, and reporting on them, and setting data-driven goals.
Lead and execute projects related to local market regulations, and own the strategy for closing gaps and maintaining compliance.
Build tools to flag and investigate fraud, abuse, and compliance issues, ranging from location spoofing and theft to the delivery of restricted goods such as alcohol.
Some experience in operations, support, compliance, or a similar hands-on role.
Comfortable with AI tools to help you in your role, including but not limited to analysis and workflows.
Proficient in SQL.
A self-starter who can run with a problem without close supervision.
Experience in a marketplace, logistics, or gig platform.
